Apple Warranty & Service Terms

iWorld is an Apple Authorized Service Provider in Guyana. All Apple warranty assessments and repairs are completed in accordance with Apple’s prescribed service processes for Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Warranty service is subject to Apple’s diagnostic testing, warranty validation, and repair guidelines. All repairs are performed by Apple Certified Technicians using Apple-approved diagnostic tools, procedures, and genuine Apple-supplied parts where applicable.
Where a device qualifies for warranty service, the standard Apple warranty process is repair of the affected device or replacement of the defective part, as determined by Apple’s service diagnostics and warranty policies. Warranty coverage does not automatically entitle the customer to a replacement device, loaner device, exchange, or refund.
Warranty repairs generally take 10 to 14 business days from the date the device is accepted for service. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by circumstances outside iWorld’s control, including but not limited to Apple part availability, back-ordered parts, shipping delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or other logistical delays.
Apple warranty coverage does not apply where the device shows signs of accidental damage, physical damage, liquid contact or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, tampering, third-party repair, or any other condition excluded under Apple’s warranty terms.
Customers are responsible for backing up their device before submitting it for service. iWorld is not responsible for loss of data, applications, settings, passwords, media, or other content during diagnosis or repair.
By purchasing from iWorld and/or submitting a device for service, the customer acknowledges that Apple warranty service must follow Apple’s official diagnostic and repair process, and that iWorld cannot override Apple’s warranty determination, repair method, part availability, or service approval process.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights the customer may have under applicable law.
